summer the beach is tended by certified life guards.

in a year-round, well-kept community. The beach is a
block away, and thanks to the new Beach Badge tag
system, it is never mobbed with daily visitors, just
your local neighbors. This home comfortably
accommodates up to eight guests. The home has 4
bedroom, and two bathrooms. There is an outside
shower to remove salt and sand from your relaxing
day at the beach. The main level has two bedrooms
and one bath with a shower tub combination, living
room, eat in kitchen, and the kitchen. The kitchen is
outfitted with dishwasher and all the necessary
cooking accouterments to work up a meal inside or to
share on the back porch in barbecue style. Yes, the
