NANCY MASSA

1 (925) 999-9739

BRE#01953896

Nancy Massa, an entrepreneur from the age of 21, grew up in Pleasanton, CA. and has practiced every detail of the business from development to process management.

Surprisingly enough, much of Nancy’s 30 year career was not spent in real estate but within the construction industry as a contractor and materials broker. While developing a successful business in the contracting trade, Nancy’s personal life has been similar to her childhood family practices of refurbishing homes, living in them and then, eventually, selling those very homes.

A very fond memory is one of a project where Nancy’s family bought and developed a 10 acre parcel on Trenery Drive in Pleasanton.  Much like today, Nancy lived with horses and the luxury of a rural environment yet, just minutes from downtown.

Nancy enjoys visiting family and friends, nature, and motorcycle riding.

Community involvement: donating to the local SPCA. 3% of Nancy’s net proceeds from each real estate transactions are happily donated.
